Workshop@Kitakaru

We had summer workshop at Kitakaruizawa.
we normally have workshop there 3times a year, only summer time.

It's 1260m high so its like we stand on a mountain, highland.
the air is so fresh and much cooler than tokyo, usually 10 degrees lower.

I had a good seminars there even though its quite busy and tired after that.

I could relaxed with many trees and green sorunded by us.

Just before i took a shinkansen, rapid  train. I dropped by the big shopping centre.

And i found beautiful sunset over Mount. Asama.

引っ越し完了！ Finished moving

I have been busy preparing for moving out of my old office.

I had to clean the office also, that took me more than 3 hours yesterday, and I handed the keys to the real estate company today.

I finally finished!!  It was such a big move, the biggest that I had ever had. We had a large amount of boxes and furniture and also LOTS of precious stones.

At times there were three people, including me, preparing for this, but mainly sensei and I did it.
Off couse we hired a moving company to help us to move. They couldnt move all of if at one time because there are soooo many things. So we had to move 3 times.

The first move there were 3 people, then 3 more workers joined and 2 ton trucks.
The second move, there were about 6 staff and a 4 ton truck, and the last move there were 7 staff and a 2 ton truck and a 1.5 ton truck.

I didint sleep at all at night on the last moving day, i mean i couldn't finish it if i had slept. So I had to stay awake all night.

After I finished moving, i have many boxes in our new unit at Sakura, at the new office. Now I need to clean and unpack and organize things so that this space can be used for normal work.

It may take a while to do that, but i should make more space for the upcoming seminars.
We will have seminars here next week.

I'm sorry for Adam that i hardly can have time to chat and relax.
I'm a bit tense and worried, until I finish unpacking.

I hope he wont get bored with me because i can't have time with him.....
and I hope he can go back to work soon, he was supposed to work from this tuesday.
so that he can be happy.

I just wish he can understand my situation. This time is a bit harsh for me to face, it is a difficult time.

Workshop in Okayama ~ Photos

 Sensei used to go this shrin when he was child.

The first date of the workshop

For the last weekend I had a workshop in Itou, Izu where is just next to the west coast Ocean,Japan.
This is famouse for a good "onsen" hot spring and also the place for vacance.

We headed to the small Island called "Hatsushima" which is quite small island.

On a way to there I've met many seagulls followed by us for some food to given by the custmers on a ferry.

I quite enjoyed just looking at them frying very close to us, tring catch some snack.

Accutually they could do it very well for catching throwed from a ferry deck.

Today's flower

As I work at the office alone most of the time, I tend to feel getting bored working and sometimes it's difficult to concentrate on my work.

I know I dont have so much passion for my work and easy to day dreaming in front of computer.
Because of that reason I try to keep my office as a comfortable and relaxed space as possible as I can.

These are sweetpeas and freesia. :)
they smells nicely sweet...





And thsi is beautiful flower, Rose from Adam.

This rose has deep red colour, almost like blood colour that gives me energy.

Flowers at my work

These are flowers for spring.


There are a nice florist where I always enjoyed watching them.


I wanted to have positive energy with full of life because I had to face with the hard time as ever in my life.


I bought some flowers for having a good ki energy in my office.


Adam sent me beautiful flowers for his gifts to me somtimes, this is why I norticed that flower had raised my low energy up for positive stage.


Since then I try to be myself in that good enviroment for better work and state of my mind.

Tey are early cherry blossoms and orange roses and ...

Flowers on my desk

I bought some beautiful flowers on my way back to the office after thursday class.

I can smell early spring flowers in my room at the office that is so sweet.

I need something nice and positive, to feel good "ki" energy, to help get ready for the investigation which is coming up next monday.

This will help and ease my worried nerves and thoughts, so that I can clear out negative energy, I hope.

At this time I am really feeling down, tired, unsettled, restless.
In a short while I should go to Australia.
But, I have so much work to do. thid is like a big mountain just infront of me.

How can it be done?
But it must be done! Right?
I will rise up, and do my best, as much as I can.
This is my challenge.

This is like Aco is sanding on the edge of a cliff :P

15days left Before leaving Tokyo

We have 15 days left before our next meeting!

I'm really looking forward to seeing you Adam, and I am happy to be next to you again soon.

At the same time, I become more worried about my work.

Since we will have investigation in January I have to do more work,  more than I expected.

In the end of the year, each year, we are normaly busier than ordinary time. And I should prepare for the time during which I will be absent from work.

Noone can replace me :( so I'm a bit worried about my company....

Anyway we have only 15days left and I think I should do what I can do right now to get ready for our holiday and for my work as well.

I hope I can be well prepared before i leave tokyo.

Before Organising, Cleaning@work

I took photos in my office today.
I don't want to show this to anyone but I thought it's a good idea to write on this blog to encourage myself to clean my office.

I like to clean, but this is just out of my control, so i need to push myself a bit.







I'm so embarassed to show it here on this blog, but it's a good way to force myself to try to clean this place.










As you can see this is totally in chaos.

sigh...., anyway all I could do is just start, little by little.

ピンチ！ Crisis at work

東京で独立してやっと2年目となるのに、最近ピンチに立たされています。

突然だったので、なにがなんだか自分でも状況が把握出来ていませんでした。

周りの反応から、「これは事態が深刻なんだ」と今になってだんだん感じてきています。

なんとか、この試練を乗り越えたい！

いままで、逆に「のほほ～っん」とやってきたので、天から自分に課された課題なのかもしれませんね。

今から準備すれば、なんとか乗り切れるかもしれません。

あとは、我慢大会、根気強く最後まで、粘るしかありません。

がんばらねば。
